Bay Village Tropical Retreat & Apartments

- Room was clean, - Kitchen items were clean and appropriate, - Amazing Location! - Pool is wonderful but I didn't get time to enjoy it, as my daughter wanted her 2 cousins to come along and I didn't know if it was appropriate, (I think 2 guests should be acceptable, especially if the noise is kept to a low). - Body wash and body cream smells AMAZING! (did use the other products, but I can almost guarantee they smelt good too. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, we were able to come and go as we needed to, were able to reside in our accommodation without hassle or disruption and vice versa.

We were with in-laws and the apartment setup was perfect for kitchen/living room chats before and after activities. The main bathroom seemed remodeled and quite good. The management informed me of a drainage issue in the shower before going in and scheduled to be fixed the next day. Issue was quite minor to me and it was fixed the next day.

Location was great. Both pools were easily accessible. Large enough to be out of others way. 3bd apartment was larger than expected. Great size for 4 adults and 1 child. Could easily fit more people. Good size balcony. 2 bathrooms. 1 with shower, 1 with shower over a bath. Under cover parking for the 3bed apartments with security gates. Balinese restaurant at venue was worth the visit too.

Balinese restaurant in house was great and Happy Hour at the Bar made our tropical holiday special. Easy walk to the esplanade and restaurants. Having our room made up every day was a bonus. We had 7 days in Cairns winter warmth and did 4 Tours which were all amazing.
